RBS Six Nations in Dublin

The Six Nations is almost upon us again and our boys in green will be feeling hopeful after being back to back winners in 2014 and 2015. Let’s all hope 2017 is the year for Joe Schmidt and his men.

This year Ireland will play three of their games at home with two being played away. Click here for a fill list of fixtures. Both of the home games will take place in The Aviva stadium. On Saturday February 25th, Ireland will take on France and the final home game will be the last day of the tournament on March 18th against England.

If you’re lucky enough to be heading along to the games, it’s important to make sure your pre or post game plan is perfect. The Clarence hotel is just a short stroll from Tara street DART station which will drop you right to The Aviva so why not enjoy a couple of pre match pints and a bite to eat in The Octagon Bar to set yourself up before the games.

En route back to town post game and feeling the hunger?  Stop into Bison Bar for a feed that would satisfy even the hungriest of folk. Have your fill of delicious BBQ food and perhaps a whiskey or two then it’s back to the celebrations (hopefully)!
