Celebrate the Fourth of July in style

There’s loads to do in Dublin this weekend to celebrate all things American. If you really want to get in to the American Spirit then you have to do it the BBQ way. Bison Bar & BBQ on Wellington Quay is the only authentic Texan BBQ joint in the country and serves up some truly amazing 14 hour slow roast Irish beef brisket accompanied by some of the finest brands of bourbon whiskey one could ever ask for! If you really want that “wild west” feeling you can have a seat on one of their horse saddle stools, nurse a nice jug of craft beer and take it all in.
